Minnesota BCA responds to Eveleth death investigation

On Sunday, Eveleth Police responded to a residence on the 1000 block of A Avenue for a check welfare call at around 7AM.

Upon responding to the scene, officers located a deceased individual within the residence, and due to the circumstances, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was called to assist with the investigation and scene processing.

This is still an active investigation, and no further information is available at this time. The Eveleth Police Department does not believe there is any danger to the public.
