Burning restrictions in place for Superior

As much of the Northland is experiencing dry conditions and high wind gusts on Thursday, the National Weather Service has issued several Red Flag Warnings, Fire Weather Watches and Hazard warnings for much of Northern Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin.

As a result of these conditions, the Superior Fire Department warns that burning in the City of Superior is now prohibited.
