Celebrating 135 years in business and a new owner at North Shore Lumber

North Shore Lumber celebrates grand opening and legacy of service on Saturday

North Shore Lumber was honored on Saturday for 135 years of service, and new ownership.

For 135 years, North Shore Lumber in Two Harbors has helped people build in the Northland.

Saturday they celebrated that feat, along with new owner Adam Johnson. The mayor, Lew Conner, even handed over the keys to the city.

Leaders said it’s one of the oldest established lumber yards in the state of Minnesota.

They are located at: 822 4th Avenue, and are open Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30pm, and Saturdays 8am-2pm.
