Chester Bowl closed due to wet weather

Despite opening just last week, the Chester Bowl ski slopes will now be closed due to rainy and wet conditions.

Executive Director Dave Schaeffer says this could be a multi-day closure if conditions do not improve. He also notes that this affects ski and snowboard lessons. All lessons today will be cancelled.

Schaeffer says that once conditions improve they will provide an update for when they will be open next.
