Child falls from ski lift in rural Nisswa

An 8-year-old fell from a ski lift chair Monday evening at Mount Ski Gull.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports they were called out around 6:30 p.m. to Mount Ski Gull, which is in Fairview Township near Nisswa, Minn.
The boy fell 30-40 feet, was treated on scene, then taken to a Twin Cities hospital.
The Ski Gull Ski Patrol, Pillager Fire & Rescue, North Memorial Ambulance, and Life Link Helicopter assisted.
