Chilly Billy’s is on the move
There are some exciting changes coming for the frozen yogurt shop, Chilly Billy’s. According to its new owners, the business will be moving from their current BlueStone location on Woodland Avenue to a new location not yet revealed.
Last October is was announced that new owners Andrew Weisz and Adam Daoust would be taking over the business with plans to keep it in Duluth. The yogurt shop had opened its doors in March of 2014.
According to a statement from Weisz on Tuesday, the BlueStone Chilly Billy’s will remain open through Sunday, February 11 when it will close while construction is going on at their new location.
Weisz stated that the new business is expected to open at the end of March and will feature a larger menu. He also said that the new location will have longer hours.
The Chilly Billy’s at the Miller Hill Mall will remain open. A third location is planned for Superior sometime in the middle of 2024.
According to Weisz, this relocation marks a significant chapter in Chilly Billy’s journey, and he said they are optimistic about the new opportunities.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received at our BlueStone location over the years. As we start on this exciting move, we look forward to bringing our delicious frozen treats to new and existing customers in a refreshed setting,” Andrew Weisz, Co-owner at Chilly Billy’s said in the written statement.
There will be a “Bye Bye Bluestone” Party on Sunday, February 11 from 6-9:30 pm on February 11th with discounts, music, and fun times.
