Chilly Billy’s Superior grand opening delayed

Update on September 11: Chilly Billy’s Frozen Yogurt has delayed the grand opening of their upcoming Superior location. The location was originally scheduled to open on September 3, but construction setbacks have pushed that back to a yet-to-be-determined date.

“We are so excited to bring Chilly Billy’s to Superior and want to make sure we get everything
just right,” said Andrew Weisz, Co-Owner of Chilly Billy’s. “We apologize for the delay, but we
want the space and experience to be the best it can be. We’re really looking forward to opening
our doors, and we’re going all out with some incredible giveaways to celebrate with the
community.” Andrew Continued “We have been blown away by all the support we have received
by the community of Superior and look forward to everyone joining us once it’s ready for you
all!”

Original Story: The Duluth-based frozen yogurt shop Chilly Billy’s will be opening a new location in Superior. The location is currently set to open on September 3 at 2421 Tower Ave.

“We are thrilled to bring Chilly Billy’s to Superior and share our love for delicious, customizable frozen yogurt with this vibrant community,” stated co-owner Andrew Weisz. ” One of the first things we thought of when buying the business was expanding to Superior, and the positive support we’ve received from our friends over the border has been incredibly encouraging. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where families and friends can come together to enjoy a sweet treat and make lasting memories.”

The new location will feature up to 15 frozen yogurt flavors and over 40 toppings.

The Superior location won’t include breakfast like the previous Mount Royal location.

Chilly Billy’s previously opened a new location in March at 1608 Woodland Avenue in Duluth.
