Clyde Iron Works restaurant re-opens today with a new menu
Clyde Iron Works restaurant in Duluth was originally scheduled to reopen on June 14th, but after a few months the restaurant has now officially reopened.
While the Clyde’s banquet staff has been very busy with weddings, business meetings, and events, the dine-in portion of the business was busy with menu evolution, staffing, and training. Clyde Iron Works owner Alex Giuliani added, “We’re excited to present this enhanced menu and look forward to seeing all our customers in the restaurant again.”
The restaurant will now be open for lunch and dinner Thursday through Sunday. Their new menu offer dishes like their Meatballs & Marinara Starter, an Italian Wedding Soup, a Clyde Stout Burger, and Shrimp Scampi.
Also Clyde Iron Works is proud to offer USDA Choice Steaks seared on their wood grill and presented on a STEAKSTONE. The STEAKSTONE is an individual 500-degree lava stone that allows Clyde’s guests to finish the steak to their liking.
“We cook all our burgers over a wood-burning grill,” said Giuliani. “It’s only natural to impart that same technique and flavor into Choice cuts of steak. The taste is phenomenal.”
With hockey season underway there are more customer demands that Clyde Iron Works handle large groups and teams. Clyde’s brewery also provide a pub-style offering of their menu.
“We’ve been working hard to understand our changing industry and how it co-exists with our diverse customer base,” said Giuliani. “The changing seasons we enjoy here in Duluth bring a variety of local and out-of-town customers through our doors.”
Clyde Iron Works is located at 2920 W. Michigan St.
