Woman in custody pending arson charge following fire in Aurora

A woman has been taken into custody pending charges of arson after a structure fire in Aurora Friday afternoon.
The Northland firewire says crews got called out to the Irongate apartments and townhomes around 3:45 Friday afternoon. The East range police department says one room was fully engulfed when crews arrived, which then started to spread to other rooms. Crews stopped the fire before it could spread to other townhome units.
A 35-year old woman was taken into custody by East range police pending arson charges. The state Fire Marshall is investigating.
