DNR conservation officer injured during snowmobile training in Voyageurs

A DNR conservation officer is recovering after being injured during a snowmobile training on Thursday.
The state said this happened on Kabetogama Lake in Voyageurs National Park near International Falls.
The officer was airlifted to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
To avoid a conflict of interest, the National Park Service is investigating the incident and writing the crash report.
