Duluth man charged for allegedly writing the word plunger across the city
A Duluth man faces 1st degree damage to property for a series of graffiti incidents.
Police arrested Mason Manseau, 22, on Tuesday, after a graffiti call at Dubh Linn Irish Brew Pub.
The criminal complaint said they found a can of blue spray paint and two large markers in his backpack.
Investigators believe he’s responsible for writing the word ‘plunger’ across both public and private properties since February.
The cost to repair the damage has been calculated to be at least $1900. They are aware of 100s of those tags.
Manseau also faces a fleeing a peace officer charge.
