Duluth Police: 75-year-old assaulted and robbed in DECC parking ramp

According to the Duluth Police Department, a 75-year-old man reported being assaulted and robbed in the DECC parking ramp Monday afternoon.

They were called out just after 4 p.m. The man told officers three juveniles were responsible. He had a minor injury but refused medical attention.

“The juveniles were identified and located but are not in custody pending further investigation,” a press release stated.

The victim’s backpack still hasn’t been found.

The DPD’s Violent Crimes Unit will continue the investigation.
