Duluth Police arrest suspect in shot fired incident
Sunday around 2:00am Duluth Police arrested an individual without incident after they heard gunshots on the 100th block of W 1st Street.
They saw they heard gun shots saw multiple people run from the area who then pointed a vehicle out to officers as a potential source of the gunfire.
Officers then conducted at traffic stop of the vehicle owned by a 25-year-old suspect who was arrested without incident. A firearm was located in the vehicle and was seized.
The suspect faces pending charges of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm Without a Permit, and Possession of a Firearm without a Serial Number.
Two rounds of the gun were shot and no one was injured at the incident.
