Duluth Police asking for help in identifying shoplifter

The Duluth Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying an individual involved in a shoplifting incident.

On Tuesday April 8th, a woman was seen shoplifting at the JC Penny. She’s described as a white female with red hair wearing a black vest, blue sweatshirt, and black leggings.

The department says If you have any information, or if you know who this person is, you’re encouraged to call 218-730-5653 and reference ICR#25049820.’
