Duluth Police issue 4th of July reminders

The Duluth Police Department have put out a set of firework reminders ahead of the primetime to shoot them off.

In a tweet they posted:

  • Fireworks that shoot in the air are illegal in MN.
  • Duluth City Ordinance states that people shall not engage in conduct that disturbs the neighborhood at any time of the day.
  • Don’t drink and drive and plan ahead before enjoying the festivities.

It also worth it to know that fireworks that shoot in the air are also illegal in Superior.
