Duluth Police looking for help locating individual

The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 40-year-old Tarah Fichtner. Fichtner was last seen on March 19 in Downtown Duluth around 4:40 p.m. according to authorities.

She is described as a white female, 5’4′, 115 pounds, and last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings, a blue hat, white tennis shoes, and a red backpack and red savers clothing bag.
