UPDATE: Water services restored to Ely, schools still canceled

UPDATE: The Ely Police department says water service has been restored to the area following a water main break.

The city is however under a boil water advisory. More information about that can be found here.

Now as of las update, the Ely School District will be closed Wednesday, which was due to the water main break.

The water main break was first reported around 4:30 p.m. on September 10th.
