Ely’s 42nd annual Blueberry Art Festival and Operation Blueberry

Ely’s 42nd annual Blueberry Art Festival is from July 28-30, 2023.  Every year, the three-day event attracts crowds of 30,000 to 40,000 people from far and wide. 

The Blueberry Art Festival features over 200 artists and crafters, 25 food vendors, a beer garden, and freshly baked blueberry pies. 

Folks are able to meet plenty of returning artists, crafters, makers, and exciting new ones. This year’s festival featured watercolors, acrylic art, pottery, woodcraft, and even more unique or unusual artwork.

Of course Ely’s 42nd annual Blueberry Art Festival has scrumptious blueberry pies, but also delicious burgers, brats, and pork chops on a stick.  Attendees also enjoyed seafood, kettle corn, and waffles.

There is also the Operation Blueberry event which features discounts, deals and other opportunities for Ely businesses. Operation Blueberry runs from July 27 to July 30. You can find out more on the Operation Blueberry map.
