Event cancellations and closures due to April snow and ice storm
The spring storm that the Storm Track Weather Department has been talking about has hit the Northland with strong winds, snow and ice.
There are multiple warnings and advisories posted for our region. Accumulating snow is possible, but the greater concern will be with the significant ice accumulation that is expected. Strong winds, ice and snow will lead to reduced visibility and slippery roadways and sidewalks. If you must travel, use caution.
Some local events are being canceled or rescheduled due to the storm. This list will be updated as additional closures or cancellations come in. If you would like your event added to the list, please email news@wdio.com.
