A look at the final day of Senior League at Curl Mesabi.
It’s been a fun season for the 75 members of the Senior League at Curl Mesabi.
Wednesday was their final day. People show up, and get assigned a new team each week. That way people get to mix and mingle.
This all got started about 1981, in Eveleth’s old curling club, according to Jim Wainio.
Folks we spoke with said it’s the socialization that is important. Plus you get some exercise!
