First session of You Are Worth It training a success, more scheduled for this week

People from across the region who are first responders spent time learning about how to handle that kind of stress.
The St. Louis County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, along with leaders from emergency management, put the You Are Worth It training sessions together.
Dr. Michael Langston, a chaplain, marine, and now professor at Columbia International University, is the guest speaker.
They are free, and continue through the week.
Tuesday: 7-9pm at the Public Safety Building, 2030 N Arlington Avenue, Duluth.
Wednesday: 9-4pm at the AAD Shrine Center, 5152 Miller Trunk Highway, Hermantown.
Thursday: 12-2pm OR 7-9pm at the St. Louis County Public Works Training Center, 7823 Highway 135 in Virginia.
