Organizers call it the best party in Grand Rapids, and it is coming up on Saturday, September 7th.

It’s Grand Rapids Riverfest, which is put on by KAXE and the city.

Festival coordinator Kari Hedlund shared that they always bring in a new line up, no repeats yet.

“The festival mirrors what we play at KAXE, which is rock, Indie rock, Americana, and blues,” she explained. “One of our headliners, Spoon, just played at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. These bands are excited to come up to northern Minnesota.”

Tickets are still available, and the price does go up on the day of the festival, which is scheduled from 1-11pm.
