The Great Tails Animal Rescue hosted their monthly animal adoption fair to help pets in need find their forever homes.
Saturday, they had 19 animals adopted along with 2 animals reserved. But it’s a small victory, organizers say that when animals are adopted their open slots are almost instantly filled up by new rescues. Shedding a light on the need in Itasca County.
Great tails says that they continue to look for foster parents for animals as well.
They also received donations for the building that they are trying to acquire to make into a rescue center.
