Handgun seen at the Duluth East-Hibbing football game

According to the Duluth Police Department a gun was seen at the Duluth East-Hibbing football game on Friday September 6th.

A School Resource Officer was told someone had a handgun fall from their person at the Duluth East-Hibbing football game.

The person left the event before the School Resource Officer could find them.

The Duluth Police Department is working with the school district to identify the person involved.

No threats were made, and the School Resource officer monitored the rest of the event along with extra patrol.
