A bit of extra fun at Happy Time Day Care Center in Duluth on Tuesday, with golden crowns and balloons.

After all, it’s not every day they celebrate 55 years of business.

This was the dream of Delores Anderson, who started the day care in the basement of a church with eight kids.

Now, her daughter and granddaughter are running the center.
