Historic photographs of Duluth in new exhibit
The St. Louis County Historical Society is proud to announce the opening of its newest exhibit, The Views of Duluth, in the Duluth Depot.
Panoramas and photographs provide insight into the industry and entertainment that shaped the city. The exhibit features copies of Hugh McKenzie photographs and other notable Duluth photographers whose works highlight the establishments and architecture of the 1900s. The poignant insight into life of past Duluthians is captured, from quiet streets and scenic overlooks to grand theaters and recreation events.
The Views of Duluth is located on the fourth-floor gallery above the Great Hall of the Duluth Depot, 506 W Michigan St. The Depot is open daily from 10AM-5PM. St. Louis County Historical Society exhibits and galleries are free to the public. The exhibit will be open through August 31st.
