Duluth’s annual Homegrown Music Festival kicks off this Sunday, with live performances from over 20 different acts on the first day alone.
“It’s like throwing a party in our own house,” said Ingrid Johnson, Director of Marketing and Events at Hoops Brewing Company. “In our own community with all of our friends that we know. It will be just a rocking good time.”
Homegrown is also teaming up with Trampled by Turtles to offer Twin Ports artists a chance at $5000–part of the new Palamino Grant–meant to help pay for things like studio time, gear and touring.
