Injuries in evening Brook Park car accident

According to Minnesota State Patrol, a car crash happened around 5:49pm on Highway 23 at 2nd Avenue South in Brook Park.
An east bound car failed to stop at a stop sign on Mallard Road, traveling through an intersection with Highway 23. The car struck a pickup truck that was also traveling through the intersection.
The driver of the car sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
