Inside Hibbing’s newest entertainment complex called The Iron House

Axe throwing, darts, board games, infinity tables and more await you at The Iron House in Hibbing.

Axe throwing, darts, board games, infinity tables and more await you at The Iron House in Hibbing.

The new entertainment complex is at 112 Howard Street, next to Sammy’s Tavern.

Owners Brandon and Rena Freeman, plus partner Luke Woeste, are the minds behind this momentum.

“Years ago, when we moved up here, we heard there was nothing to do. As investors, we wanted to come up with a place that people can have fun and hang out and do fun activities,” explained Brandon.

They turned the building space that used to be a carpet store into this new venture. “It was so beautiful to see it come together, and come alive,” Rena shared.

For axe throwing, you can choose a variety of different games, in case you don’t want to just try for a bullseye every time.

Plus there are options for kids, since they can put a velcro overlay on the target. But after 8pm, it will be 18+ in here.

If you get thirsty, choose from 50+ beverages, all in a can. And they will be working with Sunrise Deli to have a small menu.

They will be open Thursday-Sunday. Check their social media channels for the opening date, which is set for August 8th.
