The 24th annual International Legislators’ Forum is wrapping up in Duluth. It’s a non-partisan program led by Consensus Council.

Over the past few days, delegates from Manitoba, Minnesota, and both North and South Dakota spent time learning from and listening to one another.

On Tuesday, they attended panel discussion where leaders from mining and energy presented their thoughts on policy changes, challenges, and opportunities.

The forum continues through mid-day on Wednesday.
