Joey and an entourage of heartthrobs from ‘Love Is Blind’ visit Duluth
Saturday, cast members from Netflix’s ‘Love is Blind’ visited Bombshell Bridal in the Miller Hill Mall for a tell all Q&A with fans of the show.
Joey, Daniel, Devin, Mason, Tom, Scott where all in attendance and even signing gold cups for fans to keep.
35-year-old Joey Leveille originally grew up in Proctor and now works as a Physicians Associate. He says when he got cast he didn’t want to watch any of the previous seasons.
“I wanted to go into this whole thing just being myself, and so I wanted to be completely authentically me,” says Joey, “My producer told me ‘hey you should watch some of the seasons,’ and I was like ‘no I’m not going to do it I just want to be me and I’ll take it as it comes’ and that’s how I did it.”
Daniel Hastings got married during the season. He and his wife Taylor Hastings had to spend almost a year married in secret until the season finale aired.
“It was a very unique first year of marriage, we learned a lot about each other in that first year and we grew a lot together,” says Daniel.
Overall the guys were very eager to showcase Minnesota to the rest of the world. Joey says, “I love representing Minnesota, I think we don’t get enough representation and so I think this was so cool.”
Plus, through their experience being on the show together, they’ve developed a strong bond together as friends.
“You become very close very quick because you are going through something not a whole lot of people have gone through before. We have become so close through all this and I am happy to have all of them and have their support,” says Joey.
