Lautigar wins special election for Rock Ridge School Board seat

The unofficial results are in for the special election for the spot on Rock Ridge’s School Board.
According to the district, Brandi Lautigar came out on top, with 1262 votes.
Her opponent was Pollyann Sorcan, who got 688 votes.
Sorcan was removed from this spot on the board last fall, according to the Mesabi Tribune.
