Level 3 Predatory Offender moves to Virginia

The Virginia Police Department is informing the public that a Level 3 Predatory Offender is relocating to the city. According to a release from the Virginia Police, Jarred Dean Lind moved to the 600 block of 13th Street South in Virginia on March 19.

According to authorities, Lind is 5’9″ tall, 218 lbs with black hair and hazel eyes. The report says Lind was convicted of physically assaulting a woman he knew and holding her against her will.

Lind has served the sentence imposed by the court. The notification is not intended to increase fear in the community, but to inform the public based on Minnesota Statute 244.052.
