Ashland man found dead, exposure to elements likely a factor

A 25-year-old Ashland man was found dead Thursday morning. Ashland Police and Fire Paramedics had responded to a report of a body on Junction Road between Turner Road and Sanborn Avenue. When they arrived, Bailey Zuniga was found dead at the scene.

A preliminary autopsy report showed no injuries, and police say they believed that the death was due to exposure from the elements- as he was not properly dressed for the weather. However, authorities believe alcohol is believed to be a factor.

While the investigation is still ongoing, no foul play is suspected.
