Public’s help needing in finding missing St. Paul woman
Manijeh “Mani” Starren, 34, missing since April 21.
The St. Paul Police Department is asking for help in locating 34-year-old Manijeh “Mani” Starren, who authorities say was last in contact with family around April 21. She has not been in contact with family and friends since. Mani is believed to be on foot.
The Minnesota Crime Alert Network issued a Missing Person Alert on Tuesday. Mani’s family and authorities are concerned for her wellbeing.
Mani Starren is a 5′ 10″ tall, 145 pound, white woman with blonde hair and green eyes. Mani has an angels wing tattoo on her stomach with the initials MS and a heart, a lifeline tattoo on her shoulder, and mountains on her arm with the words “KEEP Going”.
