Mother’s Day afternoon tea at Merryweather inn bed and breakfast

The Merryweather Inn Bed and Breakfast celebrated Mother’s Day with an afternoon tea party and dancing. Families could enjoy sipping tea with different finger sandwiches, pastries and kids could have fun dancing.

Beth Koralia, the innkeeper at Merryweather Inn Bed and Breakfast talked about the afternoon tea party brought families together. “The last group who was just here, they had a four generations. So they had grandma, mom, the daughters and then the grandchildren. A brand new baby who was so cute.” Koralia said.

Koralia also said for people who missed out there’s a monthly wine tasting event. “If you were out fishing and you weren’t here celebrating afternoon tea, you better call your mother and you better sign up for wine tasting on Wednesday because you should have brought your mother two afternoon tea.” Koralia said.
