A big weekend for the Paulucci Space Theatre in Hibbing. They are hosting the 2024 meeting of the Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota Planetarium Society.

This is a chance for those in the field to share ideas and updates.

Kevin Milani, director of the Paulucci, told us they haven’t hosted in at least 20 years.

“We’ve done $160,000 in upgrades to the theatre, so I’m really excited to show the group,” he told us.

There will also be presentations about what the other planetariums are doing.

About a dozen people from various planetariums will be in town through the weekend.
