Pionk Drive in Proctor temporarily closed to traffic
A section of Pionk Drive in Proctor is temporarily closed to all through traffic due to flooding, according to the City of Proctor. The roadway will reopen when it is safe to do so.
According to a release, residents will be able to access the Proctor Police Department, Proctor City Hall, and Community Center via 2nd Street. The park and recreation fields can be accessed on Kirkus Street.
The City of Proctor advises residents to stay away from the rapid waters of Kingsbury Creek.
Authorities remind residents not to drive through standing water, as doing so can be very dangerous. If you come upon flooding while driving, please call 911 to report it.
Proctor officials will provide updates when details are available.
