Proctor Police: Missing child has been located

UPDATE: Proctor Police have confirmed that the missing child has been located and is safe.

The boy’s father is grateful for so many who came out and searched. Apparently the child had opened a door in a back porch area of a neighboring house and went inside.

Original story: The Proctor Police have confirmed they are searching for a missing child. Authorities have told WDIO that the missing child is a 7-year-old male last seen wearing a diaper or blue shorts without a shirt. He is also described as having dark hair.

St. Louis County Sheriff Gordon Ramsay has identified the child as Solomon Forsman. Forsman is described as non-verbal. Ramsay said a drone and K9 are being utilized in the search that has been going on since Tuesday morning.
