Police asking for help locating missing Blaine teen

Police are asking for help locating a Twin Cities teen.
Blaine Police say 16-year-old Angela Gasner left a facility in Blaine on July 16, and believe she could be in the Minneapolis area.
Police say Angela routinely changes her hair color, but was last known to have black hair with some visible blonde areas. She also wears her two nose and two eyebrow piercings in different configurations. Angela is about 5’05” tall, weighs about 150 pounds, and has hazel eyes.
