Police respond to incident on E 2nd Street in Duluth, man escorted from building by authorities
Update 2: Authorities state the scene is clear and that they will be releasing additional information shortly.
Update1: A WDIO photojournalist on the scene observed police escorting a man from the building in handcuffs shortly before 5:00 p.m. Authorities have not released additional information on the individual or if any injuries have been reported as of 5:00 p.m.
Original Story: Duluth Police currently are on the scene of E 2nd Street. At around 3:10 p.m., officers were called to the area on a report of a person who allegedly damaged property and entered an apartment complex building.
Officers are trying to locate the individual inside the residence by utilizing a drone.
The public is being asked to stay clear of the area until further notice.
