Police in Babbitt investigating fatal ATV crash

A 33-year-old man died in an ATV crash over the weekend in Babbitt.
Police said in a statement that they got the call out around 7:30am on Sunday. But they estimate that the crash happened sometime overnight.
They responded to the Stony Spur ATV Trail just east of Mattila Road.
An autopsy is planned. The department extends their condolences to the family.
