Popular Duluth sushi restaurant to close

A popular Duluth sushi restaurant will be closing its doors. Wasabi announced it will be leaving it’s old City Hall building located on East Superior St. but not until the end of the year.
The business says it’s a strategic shift to focus on its Superior shop, which opened back up this spring. A fire destroyed the building in January of 2023.
Property managers have started to search for a new tenant in the Duluth spot to take over January 1.
