Predatory offender now homeless, living in Duluth

Police say a level-three predatory offender is now listed as homeless, living within the City of Duluth.

Cedric Scott Anderson, 48, has a history of sexual contact with both known and unknown adult women. Police say contact has included penetration, and that force was used to gain compliance.

Police say Anderson has been homeless as of May 31, 2023. Anderson is 5’9″, weighs 165 lbs, has brown eyes and black hair.
