Rapids Brewing Co. hosting Beards, Beers and Best Friends Event to support Great Tails Animal Rescue

Get ready to have a great time for Great Tails Animal Rescue.

Rapids Brewing Co. is hosting the Beards, Beers and Best Friends event on Saturday, July 22nd from 1-6pm.

There will be a Beard and Mustache competition, raffles, and more.

Bring your furry friends to the ‘pawtio party.’

This is a fundraiser for Great Tails, which is working a capital campaign to fund a new shelter in Cohasset.

Right now, they use a foster-home method. Shannon Antilla, the president, said, “Since August of 2018, we’ve done just under 900 adoptions.”

Rapids Brewing is proud to be a partner to help out. “Community is one of our values,” explained Adrianne Reiners, Marketing and Events Manager.

10% of beer sales from 1-6pm will go to Great Tails.

If you bring in a donation of needed items for Great Tails, you can get a free drink as well.
