Renovations underway at Mesabi Fit, public invited to Family Fun Fest on Saturday

There is real momentum behind the change at Mesabi Fit, which is the former YMCA building in Mt. Iron.

Crews are busy giving the pool and gym a real facelift.

And you are invited to a free Family Fun Fest on Saturday, to come back to the property and get excited about being a member.

The plan is to open the center early next year.

The Family Fun Fest is Saturday, from 11am-3pm. Expect activities for kids, hot dogs, and more.
