Rock Ridge student faces felonies related to alleged threats made at the school
A student at Rock Ridge High School is accused of making threats at the school.
According to the criminal complaint, this stems from an incident back on April 3rd during lunch time.
The document said 19-year-old Elijah Kehn was reportedly upset about not getting what he wanted for lunch.
He then allegedly made comments at the lunch table about buying a gun and bringing it to school to shoot people, starting with people at that table.
Police talked to Kehn. The complaint said he admitted to talking about shooting people at the table.
He remains in custody in the jail.
Court documents said he also was suspended for 10 days.
