R&R Spa opened their doors in Duluth with a grand opening ceremony on Wednesday. The spa serves as a wellness center that is focused on holistic healing processes. The services they provide include infrared saunas, compression therapy, massage therapy and cold-water immersions.

“So, for a lot of our therapies, it’s all about circulation”, said Daniel Howe, owner of R&R Spa. “We are increasing blood flow to an area, causing basal constriction vasodilation so that we’re getting more nutrients faster recovery. And then with the compression therapy, you’re actually driving a lot of that inflammation out of the area as well.”

The spa is open Monday through Friday from 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. They also have hour on Saturdays from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Sundays from 11:00a.m. to 5p.m.
