Sauna and vehicle fire in Pequaywan Township

Authorities are reporting an early morning sauna fire on West Branch Road in Pequaywan Township.
The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office sent out a statement saying the home owners took a sauna around 9pm Thursday night, leaving a few embers burning in the stove.
Then, around 3am on Friday, the owners woke up to the sauna and vehicle fully engulfed.
No one was hurt, and the Pequaywan Volunteer Fire Department put out the flames.
The incident remains under investigation by the St Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
