Stowe elementary hosted their annual Halloween trick or treating parade at 1pm before the school day ended. Students were able to dress up in their costumes and got to walk around the neighborhood.

Jessica Cook, the principal of Stowe elementary, explained how the parade is a great way to bring the community together.

“Actually last Friday we did a partnership with the YMCA. We did a happily haunted hike, we actually have a beautiful school forest here at Stowe. So we also had a trick or treating event out there.” Cook said.

During the parade at Stowe elementary, the students were able to meet the Duluth fire and police departments.

Principal Cook, also wanted to extend her thanks to the members of the community who helped with the parade.
